Cuddly Exotic Shorthair cattery is not a real cat breeder! They claim the have been breading cats for 10+ years in MT and will ship you the cat via air for $1,300. They are organized, have a website make you fill out agreement, pet adoption certificate so it feels real. When it came time to pay, they would only accept Apple Pay, which was bizarre they did not accept credit card. They said that their credit card system was down. I was uncomfortable paying with Apple pay so I wanted to test it by sending them just $1. When I went to enter the cell# they provided,(All information was done through email, tons of emails every few minutes) and test pay for $1, a screen popped up on my phone reading that this # is associated with a fraud account and that this may be a scam. I quickly emailed them back stating I was not comfortable paying because of the message and to please explain and call back immediately. Zero response, multiple emails.. I called the original # we spoke on the day before and it just rang. Called back again and it appeared cell was turned off as it went immediately to VM. I then called the cell # that they provided to send the $ through Apple pay (you pay through a cell #) and the person who picked up at first had no idea what I was talking to when I asked if they work for "Cuddly exotic shorthair cattery" then he changed is tone and said, "Ohh yes, this is the # for the cats, is the amount $440?" I said yes even though the other guy and contract read $1330. At this point, no response from them via email or phone. This is a sad scam!!
