I also ordered in May from the bogo dog bed advertisement on FB. I emailed immediately as I noticed the wrong size had popped up on the confirmation screen! No response! And no Dog Beds!

I ordered 2 dog beds (BOGO) on 05/17/21 for $ 74.99. As of today I STILL have not received the beds. Just like everyone else, I was scammed! A few months before that I had ordered 1 dog bed from a different company and I got it no problem. Then I saw Cuddle Pups on the internet & it was buy 1 get 1 free. Thought wow 2 for the price of 1. Sounds to good to be true. WELL IT WAS! [censored] A*******!

ORDERED TWO BEDS 5/1/2021, BY 6/7/2021 I REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. IN BETWEEN THOSE DATES THEY RESPONDED TO ONE OF MY EMAILS SAYING DUE TO COVID BULL IT WAS TAKEN LONGER.

CALLED MY BANK. THEY ISSUED A CREDIT. TODAY THEY REVERSED THE CREDIT SAYING THEY HEARD BACK FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY THAT I DID OWE IT. MIND YOU IT IS 9/3/2021, NO DOG BEDS STILL.

I AM BEYOND LIVID. HATE A THEIF.

I also ordered in early May from the bogo dog bed advertisement on FB. I emailed at least a dozen times because I never received the merchandise. Just disputed with my cc company. The FB store is gone they had an Instagram I sent them a direct message and said I was reporting them for fraud, that disappeared too. Buyer beware. Just disputed with my cc company.

Did you cc company refund you your money? My bank did, then reversed it today. The company responded to the bank and said I agreed to the charges. I have several emails that I sent to them telling them I wanted to cancel. Never got a response.

I thought Facebook vetted the advertisers so it would be safe. I placed an order on 5/02/21, emailed to cancel the order on 6/11/21 since I hadn't received anything. I disupted the charge with my credit card company at the end of June, and they claimed to have shipped the 2 dog beds. I have not received anything, their website has disappeared and the Facebook store is gone.

Do not purchase from [email protected] or Cuddle Pups cuddlepupsonline.com.

I ordered 2 extra large dog beds 12 weeks ago and I have not received them, or an explanation, or phone call, email, NOTHING! I called their number and it’s been disconnected! I saw the add on Facebook and really didn’t think I would have a problem since it was FB.

On May 17th, I.did purchase 2 pet beds for my dog having cancer one for my 1st floor and a 2nd one for my second floor. I never got them and I did send them 3 emails and they never replied. I am very disapointed to know that there are still people taking advantage of others by frauding.

Yes, I think we got scammed also! My husband and I were buying a new bed for our then injured dog and wanted to find something that would keep him relaxed and comfortable. My husband came across cuddlepupsonline bogo and thought we’d try it since it looked like a great deal. We currently aren’t needing the beds sadly having to put our dog down due to bone cancer so we weren’t in a big hurry to receive them anymore, but will use them eventually with another dog in the future. I did email them 4x and got no reply, but still was pretty patient considering they’re coming from China(found out after we didn’t receive them when we were supposed to). Now finding this scam site after trying to find a ph# to see if I can just get a refund or an idea of when we might receive, I’m extremely hurt and angry that ppl would do this.

I was scammed too! ? Same stories of you all and I think I missed my timeline to dispute the transaction! Any other ideas or am I out my $100? ? They replied to one email back in June saying it was coming from China and was going through customs! But nothing since then!

I bought 2 beds on the BOGO offer as well in May and have yet to see them. I sent 2 emails and they replied to the second one stating that they were doing the best to get their orders out. Some BS excuse about them being made in China and they are having distribution problems. That was in the beginning of June...still no beds! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

I too ordered 2 of their largest beds with the BOGO offer. That was May 10th 2021. They took the money out right away and I have not seen the beds. I also have emailed them asking what is taking so long. No response after 3 attempts. What a SCAM! Guess I will have to see if I can get my 160 bucks back somehow...

I bought a dog bed with promotion bogo. Buy one get one free. That was 20th may. It's now 28th June. Have emailed them but of course no response. If it sounds to good to be true it is. Scammed and gullible. Will I ever learn. Facebook should investigate these people
