9/6/17 I Called to asked for an estimate of a cracked on my step. A young man turned up to give me the estimate, he also offered to include the driveway with the step $850.00. He was on his phone talking to his boss, then he said that I should give him a down payment of $400. I said OK but I need a receipt... he gave me a paper without the name of the company, the amount he received, and his phone number. He told me that he will return in an hour to start the job... An hour pass by and I called his number he didn't answer so I called the main number that I first called. Someone answered I told him that I am waiting for E to come and start working on my step. He said that he is picking up materials. That crook never showed up. This morning 9/7/17 10:00am I called his number multiple times and he didn't even answered, I leave messages also I called the main number multiple times again only to hear the voicemail is full......

Eventually, got a call later stating that he is not that E I spoke to because he don't work any more, he retired... " Oh! You talking to the wrong person, you have been scammed!"

I reported this to the police. They called the numbers and no one answers. I was adviced to get it two days for C&T SealCoating to all me if not i should come back to make a report.
