I woke up to several missed calls from this toll free number and my sister who lives in another state saying someone was calling her this morning. The voicemail I got said “Message for A_____ ____ ____ there will be a court ordered summons and served on the next Wednesday to your Jackson Street address or place of business this is regarding a summons for San Francisco County courts being served at Jackson Street or your place of business if you have any information on A____ _____born on **/**/** call the filing party attorneys at CRS _?_?_ right away 844-394-5699 summons ID number is ****** Dash **** thank you and good luck in court…” the last bit was odd and aggressive and when I talked to my sister I couldn’t believe that they contacted her or found to get in touch with her but she said a man over the phone couldn’t give her any real names or dates and just kept pushing her to have me call or pay a (false) debt herself. He told her “if she’s nice and cooperates then I’ll help her, if she’s rude or hangs up on me then I’ll file this vine report so fast” … which is trying to intimidate and harassment. I told her that is was absolutely false and not speak to anyone. Tried looking them up and only found a bunch of fake websites. They tried to also tell her that police were on the way to take me to court but that they were filing a court summons next Wednesday if they haven’t heard from me.. super sketchy, don’t be fooled!!

I was contacted by this company saying I had a loan from 2012. When I informed them that I had already paid that loan off, they said that their system does reflect that but that I owed for the nsf checks and other things. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay. They have also contacted family members, and have access to a number I just got that's not even in my name. They refuse to send me any paperwork by mail or email claiming they don't have to
