I was on the PCH website when an ad popped up saying i won a Makita Drill and just had to pay the $4.95 S&H excited I did. I later saw a withdrawal for $145.85 and then $9.99 I tried to call the numbers there are quite a few. No answer so I went straight to my bank and told them I was scammed. The bank did an investigation and the ppl sent a made up slip the companies listed did not match Lucky Gifts Now everything came back as Drapery Craft Shop-888-486-2159 and Flame Crafters Accessories 888-351-7595. . This is a total scam and I need help getting my money back .It says i bought eBooks. I have the email with the date and order#, The other name on the paper said Greystone tech Collaborative INC. they're listed in Hollywood California.

I placed an order with Amazon for some items. Immediately after I ordered I got a pop up that said I won an IPad. Against my better judgement I was thinking the it probably wasn't a real deal, and I now regret not listening to my inner voice telling me not to fill out the info. There were several boxes that came up and you could click 3 of them to see if you won. I clicked two and the second one showed the IPad. Then I got a message that said I was a winner and that I needed to fill in the information of where I wanted the item mailed too. So I did that and then it said there was a minimal fee for shipping, less than $10.00. Unfortunately, I now regret entering my credit card info. At the time there were no terms/conditions etc. Immediately after I filled it in, because I had to enter my email, I got an email that stated they charged my card twice for some type of subscription. One charge was for 9.95 and the other for 145.85. Both of the companies I've never even heard of. When I reached out immediately to request a Refund, they are telling me that I can't get a refund and I need to work with my bank. I did notify my bank and I also put a freeze on my card. I've sent them several messages stating this is fraud and I wanted my money back. They are refusing to give a refund and said I should have looked at the terms and conditions. I went back to look at the terms and conditions and it states that if a request to cancel whatever service this is, is done within 14 days they would give a Full Refund. All of my request have met that timeframe, but they are still refusing to refund my money.
