I did not call the phone number this company provided because the letter I received does not look like a real company. The letter says I was approved for a credit card balance settlement program with eligibility to enroll between $21,000 and $31,000 and I would have a set-aside payment of only $219.00 a month and there would be no interest on the loan and no application fee. Also there is no website for this company on the paper they only give a phone number to call.

About a week ago someone called my phone to speak to my brother. They said they were with a law firm, and they were ready to proceed with or without him. They asked was I (name removed)  which is my name and I could not understand how they knew my name and how they got my number because I do not speak to my brother.
