Most of the time they do not answer phone or respond to e mails, When they do respond to e mails it is a lie. They say oh we shipped that and give you an e mail with shipping info. If you accidentally get them on the phone they say oh it is the UPS fault or let me see if can ship that overnight. Never happens. I think they are using an address that is vacant. 5525 s Soto st vernon CA.

What they do at the beginning is charge you 2 times. The web site is very professional done but it is just to suck one in.

The have two CS e mails. CS@imoderntrends.com and CS@blackbird4k.com. I have talked to one person Fernando who can give all the lies really good.
