Claims to be online florist delivery service. Within a couple of hours of ordering funeral flowers, I received an email from them stating that my order was canceled. It also stated that the reason was that the order was undeliverable. I contacted them via phone asking where my refund is. They kept stating it takes a couple more days, then a couple more days. I received an email from their “Customer Happy Manager” that the problem will be resolved. Recent attempts to call them resulted in them not even answering anymore despite my using other phones.
