On April 21, 2020 I applied for a work-from-home position advertised on Zip Recruiter. I received a text message from someone named Casey Bell next day inviting for a phone-interview on 04/25/2020.When I contacted him, he recognized himself as Casey Bell - CEO of CSB Enterprise LLC but asked me to contact him next day as his company was having phone issues. When I contacted him the following day, he did a brief interview (approximately 10 mins) and offered me a position at his company as a manager ($16/hr). He further stated that there will be two trainings involved with the hiring process. One will be the training on the product of Home Depot which will cost me $123.00 and the other training will be a managerial training with Arise Solutions for $160.00. He said that I will have to bear the cost upfront, however, it will be fully reimbursed with my first paycheck on 04/30/2020. I had no option but to submit the payment to get the job. I was laid off due to COVID-19 pandemic crisis and this was as close as I got to acquiring a job so fast so I submitted the two payments ($123.00 and $160.00 on Venmo). After charging my account, he advised me to wait for the contract which he promised me to email by the end of the day. No contract was sent as promised. Out of respect, I allowed 48 business hours and contacted him. When I contacted him, I was told that I'm not eligible to work for his company as I have worked for Arise Solutions before through a different Independent Business Owner. He further said that I'm still listed under that person's website. At that point, I asked him to refund my money. He said, he is able to get me removed from the other party and asked me for 7-10 business days. I gave him permission to try that. I contacted him after 10 business days and he said he still could not get me removed. At that point, I asked him to refund my money. He agreed and said that my refund will be a reverse on Venmo. He asked for 7-10 business days for the reversal. As I did not receive the money, I contacted him after 10 business days. At that point, he kept asked for 7-10 business days and again,10-15 business days, and again18 business days. It's been over 3 months of giving him time so became very frustrated and I contacted him on a Friday and asked him to investigate the issue. At that point, he said that the person who is in charge of refunding my money at his company apparently did not do the job right and said that he will be on that person's [censored] on Monday when he returns to the office. I called him on Monday. He said that the transaction is complete and asked me to allow 7-10 business days. With all my patience, I waited. I did not receive any money as usual. I contacted him again on a Friday and asked him to write me a check. He said he will ship me a check on Monday. I called him on Monday, he said he will ship on Tuesday and here we are after 7 business days, he says that the check was posted via UPS and the post master told him that the shipment will take 7-10 business days. He further threatened me that if I contact him again, that he will call the police on me. I tried today as well, now his phone is switched off. Casey Bell seems to be a lier, a scammer, and fraud. I also found out that there are other victims who got scammed by him. Casey Bell committed falsehood, dishonestly, deception in attempt to gain a financial benefit in the wrong manner. This is civil wrong! Innocent civilians like us should not deserve to become a subject of such fraud. The states and the federal governments have identified many types of fraud as criminal. He should be prosecuted under federal criminal law.Below is a few screenshots of how he play his conversations. Please take an action against Casey Bell. Thank you!

Please accept this as a correspondence for the above allegations that CSB Enterprise LLC is a scam. As you may notice you have a handful of people who may make you think that this company is a complete scam and is indeed not real. Let me define what a scam is. A scam is defined as an a dishonest scheme; a fraud. As to the claims of the people below everything about this company is legit. Let me ask this question. If any of the people below were scammed or swindled out of money why were authorities not contacted? why haven't charges been brought upon my company or myself? I am not going to get on here and address every slanderous speculation but upon every new hire, paperwork is signed and kept on file just in case these types of speculations arise. I have over 300 employees who are extremely satisfied with the company. Terminated employees have the right to voice their opinions as well, but lets not do slander. I have read through each and every claim and will investigate these claims. Thank you all so much for you feed back for it is greatly appreciated.

Honest people who want to work should not be dealt with this way . I was interviewed for a manager position. I was given the job description and I was asked is it something I would like. I said yes . He then mentioned a training class on the 29th however I was given no time. I Also was told that there would be $250 fee for fees,log ins and software that I would have to use . I was told I could pay half then and the rest on the first day of class however that was not the case . After I paid the first $125 I was told I would receive an email with my onboarding information. I never received to this exact day. I then was texted and told If I want to be apart of the class I had to pay the other $125. I mentioned to him I have never paid this much to work for a job. I sent the other half. That was monday . I have yet to receive an offer letter ,and any onboarding packet. So at this moment I am not an employee it hence company CSB Enterprise LLC. I sent an email Tuesday requesting a refund and I was called by Casey and James and Dealt with so unprofessionally. Like I was the problem why he had fallen behind on his work and that I was wrong for my concerns. He then manipulated me again and had this whole thing about 584 applicants who have to be put into the system. Also about paycom . I was told I would receive an email Friday, today ! I havent recieved a thing. I emailed and texted an asked for my money back . He said he can not because payment has been submitted. I asked submitted to whom? Arise isn't doint the clase he is!
I told him you cant treat people like his . I have a family. I used our funds because I believed in this job opportunity. My husband was so happy until now !

Casey has $250 from me and what do I have from CSB nothing ! Not even an offer letter or proof of a job .

You can trust no one . This is not how you deal professionally with any one . He hung up in my face .

Look everyone should do their homework before getting into anything which is what i was doing before I even apply when I found this site. First of all, if you had done your due diligence, would have checked the state portal for basic info. There you would see that 1. The business was opened Feb 2020 as you stated.which ia not so bad on its own. 2. From the business address listed for all 3 officers is a seedy looking motel.. 3. If a job offer depends on you paying for something is it a legitimate charge? For example union dues are unavoidable if getting into a union position. Background checks and training in the job for which you are being hired is an investment the company makes when hiring someone to work for them. How do people treat their investments? In whatever way it will make them money. That means paying wages for all the hard work done which allows their company to grow and earn. So here is my assessment and in answer to the above bazillion little harrassing posts by the same person...
1. They are brand new
2. Nothing wrong with running a business out of your home. But they aren't even doing that much. They are just in room #11 of a seedy hotel. They can and will pick up and leave in a moment's notice if they need to without a trace...added to #1 above? RED FLAG
3. If the job depends on you paying for anything it's not a job, it's an investment on your part so job is not an accurate or truthful description. RED FLAG
4. There is no company does background checks for 10 dollars so if they are doing one its them googling ur name and havin a little beer money. . RED FLAG
5. . The job listing did not mention the charges up front which is deception because they are fishing for customers and not employees. RED FLAG

So to the op, sorry if you got ripoed off but if f I gave these guys money for anything. even ten for a background check or worked for them but didn't get paid, I would be too emberrassed to admit it and I wouldn't be posting it anywhere much less 9 times or so on one site because either I did not do my research or i did and was just dumb enuf to fall for it . Sorry but maybe should just stop talking. LOL

I applied online through Indeed.com for a work at home position in March of 2020. I was contacted by Casey Bell of CSB Enterprise LLC offering

me a position with his company as an HR Assistant which paid $13.00 an hr working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. My first day of employment was 3/12/2020. The first payday was suppose to be 3/31/2020. I did not receive my paycheck. I then contacted Casey Bell and informed him that i did not receive my pay, he then told me that payday has been changed due to company policies and my pay will be deposited on 4/9/2020. I then contacted Casey again on 4/9 regarding-non payment and he told me this time that pay was moved to 4/15/2020 due to COVID19! At this point i told Casey i will no longer work for him until i received $2,180.00 of paycheck that was owed to me. At this point i have contacted the labor board,and still no payment! i am not the only victim! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Also please note if you lookup his business information he just started his business Feb of this year 2020 his boyfriend is Paris who also is involved in this scam he is listed on the business along with a James Flowers.

The company belongs to Casey Stephen Bell most of us have his FEIN number to give to the Attorney Generals office. This SCAMMER needs to be STOPPED!

My Name is Casey S Bell. And i am the current CEO of CSB Enterprise LLC. I was informed by an previous employee that my company name would be posted on this site. I have read through the files on here and some seem to be very legit, but as everyone is reading this i would like to gain your attention for a few minutes. Employees that are fired, as the one that was terminated from my company, will do anything to bring down the company with them. My company is a legit company and i cannot help that the portal requires a 10$ fee for the background check or the course fee. This is a strictly work from home business, unfortunately those fees will not be waived just because people get in their feelings. I really sympathize for those true business owners who are doing what they are suppose to do, and still yet there names and reputations are being dragged through the mud for no apparent reason. May God be with the real business owners, and don't allow hatred and negativity get you down.

See Casey has only words of deceit to try to make others look untruthful but I have people whom he has robbed out of money to back me up. Those people have also contacted he Attorney Generals office and the police.

I worked for this company after speaking to Casey Bell. I guess when something is to good to be true it isn’t . I should have been more careful. This company owes me for worked that I did and Casey keeps finding reasons not to pay me. I also have been receiving calls from people that he got money from and never started the training process. These are people who are now trying to get their money back. They are more coming forward as I’m writing this
Casey has his managers as he calls them reach out to people on the indeed site who by the way no longer has him on there and on Career Link and on other sites along with advertising on Facebook for work from home postions.

He has people who want to work for him send him money on cash app or PayPal or now as one person did sent him per his request to send him money through western union.
He has his managers telling the people they need to send this money for different reason such as portal fees or he tells them for software

I find it totally disgusting that someone would scam people anytime but especially during this panademic.

I have all the proof I need and other potential workers information who also are filing chargers against him for the monies he took from them and for the monies he owes his employees that he didn’t pay

I am reporting what seems very fishy. This CBS Enterprise LLC has advertised for stay at home work in Clearwater, Florida. My first red flag went up when I was told I would have to spend money to train and use the working platform. It was stated I would be reimbursed on my first 1099 paycheck. Which brings me to another point- the pay is to be direct deposit. I feel this isnt so much an attempt to get money from these small fees, but instead- your banking information.

I was told by the woman who contacted me that the company resides in Tampa. However, when I researched the name, I could only find the location in Margate, Fl. This address is for an out of business Motel that is very near Miami Florida. Address: 1311 FL-7, Margate, FL 33063

I could be wrong, but was also nervous due to the fact that this LLC was just registered on February 17th, 2020. I find the timing highly suspicious considering many people will want to work from home.

I am so sorry that the experience with my company has made you feel this way. Your banking information is only needed when its time have your first check direct deposited. Having a paper check sent out to you will always be an option but you cannot expect to receive your pay on time with this option. I wish that instead of posting on this sight you would have reached out to someone in the HR department or myself, and i would have been more than happy to explain this to you. The ex-employee you spoke with herself resides in tampa, but the actual business headquarters is in Margate Fl. Again i express my deepest sympathy that your experience went like this
