I placed two separate orders - each for four boxes of Waterford Marquis champagne flutes - for a total of 8 boxes and 32 total champagne flutes on March 18. A few days later, it occurred to me that I hadn't seen a confirmation or shipping notification. I checked Paypal and the charges were listed as pending. I checked my bank account and the funds had not been withdrawn. Searching my email, I didn't find a confirmation email. I went to the store website and found two customer support emails and I sent emails to both asking for an update on my orders. I got no reply from one email and I got an undeliverable message from the other. One day later, I noticed that the funds had been transferred out and when I looked at Paypal, I was shocked to see that the charges were listed as PERSONAL PAYMENTS to "Webster Noel!" I reported this to Paypal and they said there was nothing they could do. I reported it to my bank Santander and they are looking into it. I went to the website in the "About" section and found a template description reflecting that the company was a Canadian health and wellness company! It appears that this website is a template and that the group has multiple scam sites of different types. Today, I received PayPal notifications that "Markus Exel" had issued me a PayPal invoice to purchase a Google Pixel for $589 and that it would be deducted in the next 24 hours and listed 888 461 0925 as the number to call, which I have not called. I have changed my passwords on Paypal and removed all funding sources from my Paypal account. I'm attaching screen shots of everything. What do you recommend?

I was online searching for a gift and came across the site crystalglassshop.com. I was wondering if it is a legitimate business. The header on the website is Waterford Crystal. The "About Us" describes a Canadian health care company called Waterford. The business email is [email protected]. The business address is listed as 1310 Evangeline Ave., Orlando, FL 32809. This appears to be a residential property. I realize that home businesses are not uncommon nowadays but all things considered, I am concerned that this may not be a legitimate business. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
