Hello my names is Leandra Monroy I just want to reach out in hopes that there is some thing that you might be able to do for me and help me out with my situation I originally started working with this company and the manager his name Harry that’s the name he gave me I was working with some other partner I was told that I needed to invest $200 to initiate the process and I would be getting a return of 5000 but when I invested the 200 I was Told that the amount had increased to 9000 and that I needed a clearance fee of $450 in order for me to be able to receive any funds into my Cash App account I believe them I trusted them I went on and deposited bought more bitcoin and made the clearance to be at $150 then I was asked to invest another 300 I told him I was not OK with that anymore and I didn’t have any more money to keep investing if I was gonna keep investing and every time the amount increase I asked for a refund back and they told me that was not possible and less I paid a refund fee of $150 they emailed me a confirmation which showed that all I need to pay was $150 I’m not sure if the email was a credible source if he somehow created this or not I am not too familiar with this kind of thing but I was skeptical and I was naïve most of all and I believed him I deposited the fee and then later they told me that the company had made a mistake and it was 200 and not 150 they asked me to put in another hundred I really wanted to believe it I just wanted my money back I went to pawn and me again being naïve to put it in simple terms I deposited the other hundred dollars and again I try to reach my partner the manager and the CEO everybody no answer no getting back to me the money was supposed to be returned to me within a few minutes it took hours for me to be able to get a response from anybody and nothing I kept on trying to call the number they gave me no answer just kept on putting me through a operator I tried to contact him they didn’t wanna pick up and then he told me I had to pay another $150 to release that fun which they guaranteed me I have proof pictures that that was the last and final step that I all I had to do was pay the $250 fee And I would receive a refund but no there is another fee and I feel like it’s just gonna keep on going so please all I ask is for your help and if there’s any possible way you can do anything for me please. I have pictures and screenshots of promises and things they told me they even wanted me to give them my information to my bank account and password and login information and all that kind of stuff which is ridiculous but I I don’t know how I still trusted them and I just need some help
