Crypto Curity made multiple attempts to contact me between Thanksgiving - today (December 14, 2021). They have been trying to gain access to my personal information via insecure documents and portals under the false pretense of hiring me to their team. I emailed them back that I was apprised of their scam, and have not had further contact with the company as of yet since that exposing email was sent. They know what they’re doing and they’re mad that people are getting too smart to figure it out.

I received a phone call on Friday December 03, 2021 after getting home from lunch. I answered the phone and it was a woman named Kristi, who claimed to work for a company I applied for called Crypto Curity on the website, Indeed. I do not have a recollection of applying there, for I did apply to about sixty other jobs in the same week. Anyway she gave me a phone interview and told me I would be a great candidate for a work from home (remote) assistant sales position, with three weeks training. She said I would receive an email within twenty four hours.

About Five minutes after getting off of the phone, I did receive said email.

The email asked me to submit a form and then sign an employment contract electronically so I can be entered into their system so they could perform a background check to make sure I wasn't a felon.

On Monday December 06, 2021, I sent them the electronic contract. After 'screening' me, they had asked me to send a picture of me with my ID so they could ensure I am the person they ran the check on. Next, they sent me a 'direct-deposit' form to fill out my banking information so they could pay me once I begin the training process.

About 24 hours later, I was not contacted regarding my first day of 'training.' I decided to call and they quickly got me off the phone and said someone would be in touch.

It is tough times, and I was a fool to give them my banking information. Thankfully I do not have a lot of money in my account; but I am indeed afraid someone may have or attempted to steal my identity and I am still nervous. I hope someone at the ScamPulse.com can get the people who operate the 'Crypo-Curity LLC' employment scam held accountable for their actions.
