Has been receiving phone calls regarding an advance loan that she never took out with Check N Go. According to the Company that is calling her amount originally taken out was $950.00 and was in 2014. With interest according to what their records show is $3477.54. Che is being contacted by a company called CRT Litigation they have her social security number, her birth date, and address. They are threatening to take her to our giving her final notices over the phone. They have threatened to come after her at work and she will be served. She feels as though her identity has been stolen. We have checked her credit report non of these agencies are on it, and she has no idea how they got her information. She is very scared because they have her info and she has also contacted the local police here in Corpus Christi.
