I purchased a Brand New 2021 Dodge Challenger with a factory warranty. After 6 months the vehicle needed rotors, bearings, brakes,gas and steering wheel assessment for defected parts as wheel cooling system assessment due to malfunctioning heating and cooling function. The vehicle also had alignment issues after 6 months. Thus, the gas pedal, brakes and steering locked simultaneously without control of the vehicle 2x. The circumstances were addressed with the repair department, but ignored without further discussion of the mechanical issues. The defendants scheduled repair appointments but did not have parts when I arrived on time for repairs. Suspects claimed to repair vehicle and communicated with me during the entire 4 hours to 5 hours process but returned the not repaired with 300 extra miles. The repair department also offered a courtesy car wash but also returned the vehicle not washed from Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM 6300 King Dr., Ventura, Ca 93003. The vehicle had to be returned due to fraudulent repairs for a second assessment to attempt to have the vehicle repaired by a second group of Repair Service Representatives. A second assessment determined the issue with bearings and replacements, but needed additional parts, again parts were never ordered for repairs. The second incident of discrimination and violence occurred with the Service Department Manager's violence involved Civil Rights violations . In attempts to solve the issue with an immediate buyback, the sales person was requesting additional payments instead of purchasing the vehicle back as required by the "Lemon Law."
