I ordered a drop in concession window from this company and immediately notices that I had no estimated time of delivery. I got aold of some one via facebook that said they would expedite the order but still gave no time frame. After that I called and emailed every day for a week and a half. Finally I left multiple messages and contacted the authorities and they responded. Their website says I should be able to get a refund but the man i spoke said they would have to wait till the manager came in in the morning. He also spent a considerable amount of time trying to convince me the business wasn't a scam. After that nothing. There are multiple reviews that I found that say the same thing happened to them and have yet to find any review that confirms they have every actually sold what they were supposed to. The "corporate office" address that is listed is a sub shop and the address listed for their production facility is no large enough to produce what they say it does and has no indication that is in any way related to Crown Food Carts. Also when I contacted the autorites they said there is an ongoing case with at least 9 complainants.

I Found this company on the internet . I order a food cart . I was asked to pay in advance the whole amount. I was promised it will be ready in 4 weeks. three months later no cart. the company does not answer my Phone calls and my Emails.
