On 12/10/2021 I placed an order for a 16.5x23.4 posters. On Dec 15 I received the posters sized 16.5 x 23 3/16, but the actual print on the poster is 22 7/8 in long, because there is an ugly white border on the whole thing (please see attached pictures). I was planning on gifting this to someone for Christmas, so I contacted the customer service and they resent the prints. Long story short, the prints arrived AFTER Christmas, and they were exactly the same as the original prints - which are smaller then advertised and absolutely useless for any standard framing (Crown and Paw advertises this product as perfect for framing).
I contacted customer service again, and they told me they will not issue a refund and that that's the way the cookie crumbles. Quoting the Customer service rep Kritz: "Regarding the size of the poster, the size may slightly vary when printed" - WHAT? I ordered a 16.5 x 23.4 and I want to receive a 16.5x23.4 poster, and not 16.5x 22 7/8.
I paid over $116 for a useless piece of paper I can throw away or glue it to my wall, because no frame (unless you custom frame), will work with it.
My point is - Crown and Paw did not deliver the product I ordered, and is not willing to issue a refund or fix the problem.

Do not order from this site! Great product, horrible everything else! Never got my order. Have been going around in circles with them for 2 weeks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE OTHERS THAT CAN DO THIS BETTER AND CHEAPER.
I have never written a review before bc I dont have the time for that mess however, this deserves a warning. I ordered an extremely expensive canvas (not impressed) well in advance of xmas for a xmas gift and had nonstop problems getting this product. I tried several times to have the mockup adjusted slightly and never received a response until a week later and by that time I had already sent it to print for fear it would be too late if i waited for a response from the company. I kept track of the package tracking from UPS daily and for weeks it was showing that the canvas was sitting in a location waiting for pickup. I tried emailing the company (they do not have a phone number to call) and not one person responded for another week when I was panicked it would not arrive on time for xmas. during the wait, the rep didn't read my email correctly and ordered a duplicate to be shipped out knowing it would never arrive on time if the first one wasn't even sent. I never asked for that. There I was on xmas eve scrambling for a gift for a family member to have something for them. it eventually arrived on the 4th of January and when I asked for some compensation I was told they "don't do that". I suddenly was being emailed by a dozen reps to let me know that I could be reimbursed for shipping only. When I told them I could no longer use the product due to timing, they eventually told me that they would give mew a $25 gift card towards another purchase. I made it very clear I was not needing another purchase but to be compensated for the issues I had received on the first. The product received had stickers all over it showing it was printed in Walmart printing services and I paid almost $100 for a 8x10 inch canvas that was subpar at best. During this, I had managed to research more companies that showed a better product and for a fraction of the cost. SAVE YOUR MONEY and your sanity and find another company.

After several messages and a couple emails, it’s apparent that the picture I ordered on 4/23/20 was not going to be shipped. I paid extra for after processing $61.41 for a Birthday gift.

I chatted with them and was told my pictures was “being made as we speak” and that I would be getting shipping confirmation on a couple days. Order status and shipping status does not work on their website. They gave me a bogus tracking number in our chat that did not work. I demanded my money back and told them I was filing a complaint with the ScamPulse.com but they have not responded yet.

I ordered a "custom art" painting online from the Crown and Paw website and paid extra to get expedited shipping. However, after not receiving my package on time, I cannot reach any customer service representative and looked online for reviews. Discovered that others have been scammed out of their money as well. When I look up the tracking number, The package is "received yet pending" for about 2 weeks now which is after 4 weeks of shipping waiting time. I can't even be sure that they sent any package that could be shipped correctly to the address. This company advertises on Instagram so I believe they have acquired alot of online purchases.
