Crossexercise offered leggings for free on the website, requiring only that the customer pay shipping. I paid $38.80 CAD in shipping costs in May, by the end of October I still have not received anything from them. After several emails back and forth, they just keep saying that they can't cancel an order after 24hrs of the order being placed.

Ordered “free” leggings online, having to pay shipping costs only. Never sent a tracking number to verify shipment. Have contacted them numerous times to send out shipment. They respond that they will send it and email me a tracking number. Never have. 3 months later they say they can’t refund me as their refund policy is 24 hours. However their website says 30 days.
