Got a call from 8446263498 stating a complaint has been filed against me from an account that went delinquent in 2003. The representative didnt seem to want to give the name of his company providing only initials CDN. After asking multiple times was told Cross Duhart & Nichols. When i asked for the address i was told California. They refused to send any information about the account claiming its been sent in the past. They said if i didnt pay today id be subject to liens, issues with my bank account, also threatening judgment against payroll. I am a bill collector, i know the disclosures, was not read even a recording disclosure let alone the mini miranda.
