I placed my order on August 1,2023. My crocs were suppose to take 5 days. They said they delivered them on the 18th. Which we a lie. I checked my camera they never came. I emailed them and they told me to check my local post office. Everything seems legit but it’s not.

 Went to website thinking i was buying crocs on a croc website. I ordered 2 they were having sale they said buy more get it cheaper. I ordered paid got confirmation. Then got notice of shipping from Track718 2 wks later saying order on way. Didnt know was coming from china but get a thing from track 718 track order found out then said China. Ok but order on way track it i tracked it say your order has been delivered Palms FL. Handed order to individual at address. Not my address dnt live in FL. I live in CA. Been emailing the company i ordered no response then i keep getting email from track 718 order delivered Palms, FL. Just got another confirmation. No response again both the company or delivery company. I know small amount but i paid and got nothing i have email that i sent the order confirmation everything from them. Uou Google the address comes to different companies. Address says Hong Kong tracking from china. They say email them for any issues or complements

Ad for Crocs came through Facebook. Clicked & ordered $54 worth (6 pairs). Was provided with an order # & tracking # for shipping. I never received my order & the shipping tracking came from China claiming “PALM CITY, FL, 34990, Delivered, Left with Individual, Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 12:06 pm on August 19, 2023 in PALM CITY, FL 34990” … ** ******** ******* ** ** ********. Emailed [email protected] & no response.

I ordered from this company thinking it was the real crocs and only to find out it was coming from China. They gave me a tracking number and the tracking number say delivered in Palm City, Florida. I put my shipping address Kissimmee, Fl. Keep trying to hi up the e-mail address and they send me an e-mail one time get in touch with my mail people. I don't think I need to get a hold of the mail people if they were the one who ship my product. I've been e-mailing that sily@PREACHCHER E-MAIL NON-STOP AND NO RESPONSE. There is no number to contact vendor at all. This website needs to be taken down asap.... Faud and scammers
