I had asked for a refund because shoes did not fit at all and were the most uncomfortable shoes ever worn. Here is our conversation by email:

Sorry, the merchandise you received cannot satisfy you.

To be honest, this product was the uncomfortable shoe I had put on, so no I want a full refund. A 25% refund and you not wanting your shoes back, shows me that this is not a good product. Any merchant I have done business with, has always given a full refund and asked that I return the product. Please give me a full refund.
