I ordered from this online company called Crofra. They claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee. Total lie. I tried to return 3 items that were defective, valued at $139.00. The only way to reach them is thru an email. They wanted to know why I was returning and details. I sent that. They ignored my two emails sent. Then three days later They said postage would cost too much to return and offered me $20.00! I refused and requested a refund. They are no longer answering my emails. Do Not order from this fake online company. The website looks real but isnt.
