They send you the wrong item the refuse to return it and only offer 10-20% off next purchase, as if I would ever order from them again. They messed my order up not me, so I should get the item I paid for or a FULL refund. They denied me a prepaid envelope or a full refund. Total scam! They’re not even real crocs
