Horrendous product, it took months for them to arrive and when they did I was nothing but disappointed. The artwork is so bad, nothing like the add and there is even dried paint on the wholes of the crocs. The ankle bank is the only colour of what was advertised. I had bought these for work, however I would be embarrassed to wear these infront of my colleagues. Do not waste your money!

The idea is great but the produce and service are the worst. I ordered 4 pairs of crocs in 2 different sizes 4 months ago. I still have not received all 4 pairs. The items I have received came in 1 at a time of the course of 3 months. I the quality is horrible. The shoes came in all flat and misshapen because they just ship in a plastic bag. The colors are so pale you can't really tell what you are looking at. Unlike the website where the colors are very vibrant and show clearly what the images are. I ordered 2 pairs in size 10 and they both fit differently. One is slightly larger and I can't wear it. There is no way to return or exchange anything as they ship from China and they are not worth the cost of return shipping. The company offered to give me 15% return on the pair of shoes that don't fit. Doesn't help me. They still don't fit. It makes be mad because I knew better than to order off of facebook but I did it anyway and now I'm stuck with some ugly, poor quality shoes some of which don't even fit.

I ordered two pair of clogs from Crocsky.com on April 1st 2021. I have contacted customer support multiple times via email for an order update, and I get a vague and generic response. I have requested multiple times since then to cancel the order and issue me a full refund, to which I get more vague responses, or no response at all. I have filed a claim with the BBB, and filed and claim with PayPal to dispute the order and payment.

Ordered two pairs of crocs from crocsky on March 30, 2021. Have been told numerous times that they were working to speed up my order and my order has yet to ship. I have asked twice for a total refund because I don’t want the crocs anymore and the first email said that she would give me 10% off my purchase and I told them no that I did not want the shoes. Next email they offered 15% off and informed me that I could not get a refund. Not sure if this was a scam or not but I would just like my money refunded. Thank you.

I ordered this item 2 months ago and I have yet to receive them! I keep getting updates that they are in the process of being done! Now they are telling me there are shipping delays due to COVID. This website is a fraud!!

Boy, I wish I would have seen this site before making my purchase! Customer service email responses seem canned but the worst part by far is the extremely subpar quality of product. Pictures show great color but when product arrived, colors were no where near the website photos (and I have the photos to prove it). Their offer to resolve - 20% refund of purchase price because "they have to cover their costs to manufacture and ship". Apparently they care much less about their customers and future sales. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!

Items were promoted on Facebook. I Ordered two items March 7, received updates item was in process. March 15, Received notification items were ready to ship and being transported to the warehouse. I would receive tracking information at that time. March 31 approx, still have not received items or tracking number. I Contacted the company for an update. They said the item was on the way to the warehouse for shipping. (So, nothing has happened in two weeks). I purchased this item through paypal, I contacted paypal for resolution that I have not received item. Paypal put me in additional contact w/ the the company. The company responded that due to brick and mortor businesses closing nationwide, this has delayed all shipping times with their carriers and is out of their control. They referred me to their website for updated shipping policy. Shipping policy says orders are processed in about 5 days. Tracking numbers provided and expect items within 14 days of shipment. I've been waiting a month. They are using shipping carriers as an excuse that my items have not been shipped when they haven't even shipped the item.

In researching further, many complaints on website of scamadvisor.com shows people having the exact same experience I have had. They are contacting their bank/ credit cards to reverse the charges. They have never received their item and are being giving excuses of why shipment is delayed. Further inspection, the items look photo shopped on the website of crocsky.com and are exactly the same experiences as another website reported as a scam on here called crocsify. Exact same pictures/ product, exact same runaround of excuses of people not getting their product. I can't find crocsky on here, but I have now escalated my claim w/paypal for a refund. My return of money is pending for further review of a third party. The paypal payment went to GIFTS COMPANY LIMITED. I don't believe this is a legitimate business and they have facebook ads all over. I haven't found any reviews that people actually received the items they ordered. Just shipping delay excuses. I can't be the only one suspicious that this company is trying to rip people off.
