I bought a pair of Crocs in a Crocs store in Panama City Beach in May 2022 while on vacation but did not wear them while on vacation. When I returned home to Ohio, I decided to wear them but the shoes were two different sizes! I called the store and they said I had to return them to a Crocs store or through customer service. We don't have a Crocs store so I called customer service. They absolutely refused to refund my money but said I could receive a new pair, although they did not have the same pair I originally purchased, so I picked a new pair for them to ship. It is now November 2022 and I've repeatedly called but still have not received shoes. However, I keep getting emails to rate my customer service. I will NEVER buy another pair of Crocs, I'd rather get off brands which are priced more appropriately and you can return/exchange at a local store if you have issues.

They are selling fake crocs and refusing to refund 100 percent even if I send the shoes back. Their website states refunds and satisfaction guaranteed. Real crocs state crocs.com on the sole...theirs state a Chinese website that I can't even access if I type it in. I thought it was a legitimate site. Please help me!

Website is identical to the Official CROCS website. Ended up on their site to buy some shoes.. they claim they are real crocs but when my order arrived, they were the wrong shoes.. and they were made nothing like actual crocs.
