I ordered Lightning McQueen Crocs from an online store that calls itself “Croc Outlet” and then underneath that caption it says “THEVINAFUN”. The website used is thevinafun.com. I paid $50 for the Crocs plus $10 shipping. A few days later I received eyeglasses in an Amazon bag delivered by UPS containing the tracking number that TheVinaFun sent me for my Crocs order. Inside the eyeglasses package was an order slip containing the order number for my Crocs and indicating that I had ordered eyeglasses from the YuBin Store on 650 Broadway Avenue in Bradenton GA 30517. No, I did not order eyeglasses from Amazon or the YuBin store or from anyone else. I ordered Crocs from the CrocOutlet/TheVina Fun and received eyeglasses. I emailed support@thevinafun 9 times over 3 days and received no response, even though they state that they have 24/7 customer support and that emails will be answered within 24 hours. I have called their “24/7” support number at 1-502-276-5993 countless times. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night that I call, the number is always “busy.”. The fact is, this is a bogus phone number to a bogus company. I will grant them this: they DID send me a product. Unfortunately what they sent was a product worth maybe $5 that I didn’t order. There is no way for me to get a refund, there is no way for me to get the product that I actually ordered. Buyer beware this is another bogus Chinese company set up in the US to defraud purchasers. How do I know that is is a Chinese company? Because the eyeglasses come in packaging labeled “made in China” with Chinese writing on the label. I repeat: this is not a legitimate company because a legitimate company will not give you bogus contact information when you need to contact them.
