They hire you without a formal interview, they ask you to work the next day making $15 an hour PLUS 5% commission on all the loans you close. 3 days Into training I ask for information on benefits and they had none. Then they said oh you will be making $12 an hour and zero commission. It's a huge scam. They are not only ripping off employees but also anyone that does business with them. It's cash advances with an interest rate that will put someone in more debt than they started with.
