Purchased the product online on May 2, the website Critterpicnic.com states shipping is next day with delivery in 2-3 days. After a couple of weeks I checked and reviews were the same as my experience, people are waiting for their product. This appears to be a scam. The way payment is setup with PayPal the seller has to submit the refund.

Saw this “product” offered in a Facebook ad and the post on Facebook even had a little video of the product. Ordered 5/1/20 and after an email containing an “order confirmation” number, never received any more notices from them. Checked the Facebook link a few weeks later and all posts were taken down and all that remained was a cover photo. Looked at the website and the initial “reviews” seem fake and the only legit seeming reviews also say that the item is a scam and site similar negative, scammed experiences. If you try reaching out to the “seller” at [email protected] or [email protected] which was at one time listed as another email for order inquiries, you get no response. This is the same experience expressed by other customers that put reviews on the web site or Facebook cover photo comments. This is a total scam.
