They harassed and threatened to sue me and my family about a phantom debt that they could not give me any information about when I asked questions after verifying who I was. They don’t follow the FDCPA Law and I haven’t received any physical proof of the debt I supposedly owed. They call from other spoofed numbers and threatened you until you make a payment but continuously still call. I filed complaints with the federal agencies that deal with these type of fake scamming businesses. I have been blocking numbers that they call from after finding out I had been scammed. Law offices I have talked to said this scamming company doesn’t respond to any lawsuits filed against them. I haven’t signed the payment authorization document they sent me. They only respond with phone calls and email refuse to send physical proof when you ask but still continue to harass with phone calls. I canceled the card they threatened me to pay with and disputed with my bank and the company that handles their payments which is https://parliamentservices.com/

I explained to the csr that this company is scamming people of phantom debts

When you call they don’t tell where you are calling to orthe Miranda for debt collections

When you call creditors they do not know who this company is or have heard of them

They use scare tactics like scammers do to get you to pay them

The FDCPA Law says each state has statue of limitations of when a company can sue you in court and how long they can collect on it

THIS COMPANY KEEP CALLING SAYING THEY WILL SEND ME TO COURT AND THREATENING IN OTHER WAYS. I HAVE ASKED FOR A CEASE AND DESIST AND THEY IGNORE IT!!! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE FDCPA! VERY RUDE, SCARY AND UNPROFESIONAL!!!
