I received a text message (photo attached) from someone claiming to be Cristy Davis, a recent winner of a $70 million dollar Michigan Powerball Lottery prize. They give a number to reach out to they claim is their “agent” to claim the prize. I saw similar scam text that was used with the name of Michael *something* that was making the rounds in late 2021 after I googled “lottery scam text”. I did not reach out to the provided number for obvious reasons.

Got a text from a Christy Davis supposed to be Michigan's 2020 powerball winner of a lot of money! She states that i was chosen from some sort of drawing for a 150,000 give a way from her! Kinda figured it was a scam but said i was interested but when asked to confirm my full name I stopped communicating!
