I ordered from this company on December 15, 2022. On December 17, 2022 they charged $64.80 for the product. On December 27, 2022 I inquired about the status of my order. I received an automated response that said that they have received my order, are working on it and I would receive a notification when I ships. I reached out again to inquire on the status on January 4, 2023 and received the same, word for word automated response. Still no shipping information and no promise of the product.
