I met someone by the name of Sandra on Grindr, a dating app for the LGBT community. She asked if I had a LIGPD, to which sent a link to where I could "set on up" to create a safety I.D. It involves a paid membership of $2 to create an I.D. with a background check. My cards declined twice. It turns out it links your paid membership to a dating and escort service in California. I immediately received notification of said website attempting to charge $39.90 to my card.
