Crigne advertises clothing items (made in South Carolina) on Facebook. I ordered through their website. The items arrived and are ridiculously small. Website says easy returns, but that is false. Their customer service web address is invalid. I called them and they tried to get me to give them access to my computer. At yhat pint I was done with them. This is a fraudulent company.

I placed an order after seeing an ad stating clothing was made and shipped from South Carolina. The order arrived with a shipping envelope with Chinese writing. Both shirts were packaged in bags which stated Made in China. This is a scam! I did receive what I ordered but I am mad that this was completely misrepresented! And now that I read the return policy, no returns unless the merchandise is damaged.

I ordered 3 tops from Crigne, I received 2 of the tops and they were awful. One top had such a small neckline that I could barely get it over my head. The second top was pictured as a long top, and the one I received hit above my waist. To return items the website said to email the company at [email protected]. I have emailed them 3 times and have not gotten a response. I would have called them, but noticed that there is not a phone number listed on their website. I should also add that I ordered a third top and received a credit on my card about 3 weeks later. They didn't send an email saying it was out of stock, just a random credit on my account. The address listed on this complaint is the actual shipping address on the mailing envelope, their website claims that they are a South Carolina business.

The company runs ads on Facebook showing gorgeous clothes. They say they are made in the US and that refunds can be made up to 90 days after purchase. The fiber content on their website makes the items sound perfect and they say sizing runs true to size However, the items aren't made in the US at all. The sticker on the packaging clearly states made in China. Payment is processed through a PayPal account in Hong Kong which results in a foreign transaction fee for the purchase if made in the US. No fiber content is on the tag in the item at all and items are of very low quality. If you go to their site to request a refund authorization, this is what is says...

1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.

2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request. And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.

It's pretty apparent they won't refund the buyer's money as originally promised. This company is not based out of the US as they say in their advertising nor are they selling products made in the US at all. They don't have a 90 day refund policy as stated in their advertising. I'm usually pretty good at detecting fraudulent advertising, but this one got me. I have filed a dispute on my credit card for the charge and will hopefully get my money refunded.

I have attempted to work with the Crigne customer service but they want me to send the top to them in Dubai.... but they claim all are made in South Carolina, but clearly marked on the packaging is Made in CHINA.

Total SCAM!!!

Ordered two items that were too small, will not accept return for larger size. Claims to be headquartered in SC but reviews state made in Dubai.

Thought you should know this is false claim.

I ordered clothing online from this company November 28th because they advertised they were a company out of South Carolina. The charge on my credit card was from an organization in China. No products have been delivered. They sent me a tracking number on December 9th. I have been trying to get updates since then because all that I see from the USPS website. Please see the attached file below. This company is completely fraudulent.

Ordered 4 items one month ago through Facebook, but I still haven’t received them. They did refund me one item but will not inform product inventory or mailing status and timeline for the remaining three items. They keep saying they are shipped, but the tracking number has not been updated in over two weeks. They are obviously not located in the US by the emails that I received and they state the clothing items are "made and shipped from Fort Mill, SC". My shipping label was created on 12-20-22 but per USPS the status is unchanged nor has USPS received the package to mail. I just asked for a full refund, so we will see how that goes. I have also seen the exact same clothes on two company names of Lsoru and Crigne. Beware buyers!

Do not waste your money! The products are horrible and look nothing as they do online. The sizing is also not correct according to their guides! Still working on getting my money back.

Crigne.com advertised on FaceBook for clothing for the mature woman. They also advertised that the clothing was made in Kingstree, SC and this caught my eye bc I thought it a good idea to support a SC business. The pics were lovely. I ordered two tops at a total of $79. When they arrived, the fabric was of poor quality, poor workmanship and they were way too small. The return address was Joe Doe in Jamaica, NY! After contacting the customer service, I was offered $16 refund and could keep the product. I responded this was ridiculous at which time they offered me a $26 refund and asked if I accepted it. After I told them I would not, I was offered a$40 refund and the return postage would be very expensive as they are in Dubai! That’s a long way from SC.

This company advertises on FACEBOOK and claims their clothes are made in South Carolina. Their website (www.cigne.com) offers returns/exchanges if not satisfied. I placed my order for 3 items on 7/22/2022. My credit card was charged immediately. I received my order on 8/13/2022. There is NO phone # or customer service department. My order was too small (their sizes do not run true to size). The returns/exchanges policy on their website is "non existent." They DO NOT MAKE ANY RETURNS. They offered me a $15 compensation fee and the option to keep the items. I insisted that I wanted to return the items for a FULL REFUND. They said that items needed to be returned to their return center in Dubai. Returning items to Dubai would cost more than I paid for the items. This company should be investigated and put out of business.
