I placed an order for a refurbished cricut but never received a confirmation email for my purchase. It’s been almost 4 weeks and still nothing. Their website says my payment has failed when the money cleared my account the very next day after my purchase. I attempted to contact the only email on the website and of course i get an email back that it’s a fake email address. I have filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back. Everything on the website says cricut and looked legit so beware.
