This website needs to be shut down. They are not a real website. The credit card was charged to a Laura Emerson not the company name. Looked on web and seems it is not a real site

I only done this online because I was quarantined. So on November 27, 2020 I went to cricut.com to purchase a cricut so they had some on black friday sale marked down to 99.99 for a bundle so after choosing the one I wanted to purchase I went to checkout and it asked if I was a member and I selected no so it prompted me to signup or checkout as a guest well I checked out as a guest because I knew after I was off quarantine that I was going to hobby lobby, Michael s, or Walmart if I needed anything else. So as I go through as guest the page changed and me not purchasing anything here before I didn't even pay attention what Cricutoutlet.com was this is the page it went to as a guest. So after making the purchase a box popped up and said I qualify for free shipping on a $50 or more purchase so I selected ok and on my order for shipping the price went away to 0.00. So normally when I order something I get an email right away and I didn't receive one so I waited until the next day nothing so I call and this number isn't a active number 2182136872. So I also email the company and i get an email right back saying email not found, so at this point something isn't feeling right so i tried to select my order to cancel it like you have the choice on any other site so i couldn't cancel it didn't have the option. So being the weekend the bank wasn't open in all locations so the one I spoke to told me to call Monday so the payment was still pending as of Monday and I spoke to someone she told me they couldn't stop it because people was getting the products that they order and also trying to get there money back from the bank so I had to go through the company to have them to cancel order and send a hold release to there "the bank" fax number that was provided so again I tried calling and emailing i gotten nothing. So I thought well maybe quarantine was getting the best of me and I was just in a rush to receive this item to wrap as a gift so I waited patiently and so I tried the same email and 2182136872 again still don't work so I went back through the website because I saved it as a homescreen setting for quicker access and I called the number provided so after customer service Josh took my call and researched he said they couldn't find my order so I didn't want him thinking I was lying so I asked if I could email him my proof and he said sure he'll email me a link so I explained to him I wasn't a member I checked out as a guest and he said thats fine so we exchanged information and after awhile of investigation he told me Cricutoutlet.com was not there website I didn't know what he meant and he said what website did you use I told him cricut.com but upon checkout I wasn't a member so my page changed he said I had been scammed he said it would have said cricut.com all the way through "so how am I supposed to know this being the first time ordering from here" so he told me to contact that seller and request a refund well I typed the website back in Cricutoutlet.com instead of going through cricut.com on several devices they all said the same thing webpage could not be found so I can't even pull anything up about this company now. And its sad that you work hard to try and get things for a low life to come back and take something that don't belong to them. Now I'm missing that cricut as a gift.

Cricutoutlet.com claims to have 75% off Cricut products yet when you look at the website none of the social media options work to check out the company. The contact form has no information on how to reach a customer service rep about an order and the debit card charge shows a business in China that is not related to Cricut
