I purchased the cricut and received a conformation email and I tracked my package all the way from china to Sanford, NC which is not my city. I live in Wilson, NC but I still have not received my order and who received my order and where did that order number come from.

On Friday 7/23/21 I purchased a Cricut Mug Press bundle from cricutdeals.shop after I paid and got email confirmation of purchase, I tried emailing customer support via the email address listed in the confirmation, however; my email was returned to me saying it was undeliverable. I sent it again thinking that I made an error in the address but the same thing happened. I retrieved a different email address from my PayPal receipt and sent another email, this time it didn't come back I just received no response. After 3 days of emails and no responses, I disputed the charge with PayPal and my bank and was able to get my money back.

I have an order with them currently and the payment through pay pal is still "pending".
I have emailed them and nothing has been received back in response. I ordered 4 days ago. I have sent a message through the website as well to contact them. think I will cancel with Pay Pal before they collect the pending funds. I also now see in my account on their website 2 orders of the same thing!

I was wanting to buy a cricut and this website popped up when I googled cricut deals. I purchased it through PayPal, however now their email is disabled and I have not received the product after trying to contact them several times.

The exact same thing happened to me, I paid and got confirmation then heard nothing ever again. The customer service email had be disabled so I was able to track down the persons personal email but never got a response from that either. Finally I was able to dispute the charge with my bank and received my money back. It's a shame that people do this to others. Hope it works out for you and that you can get your money back.

Credit card charged but unable to contact supplier via email & ITEM NOT RECEIVED. Email address on order is fictitious as well (see below). Once that was realized I started looking through reviews on site and realized they were fake. I contacted credit card company for a refund then a fake PayPal shipment confirmation was sent to me within a few hours that showed items as delivered. ITEMS WERE NEVER RECEIVED. I have not been able to contact seller at all.
