Received a call from CRG Litigations claiming I owed $1200 on an HSBC credit card from 2015. I don’t have a card from them and my credit history shows no card like this. Said they were serving me with papers for court but could avoid today if I paid them $500. Only good for the day, go figure. When I started asking questions, he kept stating he didn’t have access to my info, but yet said earlier he had every transaction swipe on file. He hung up on me when I started to ask for documentation. They will threaten you with 33% payroll garnishment and a 99% success rate for court. What was more concerning is they knew all my personal information. SSN, address, phone, and more. However, this can be easily obtained by getting a background check on someone and my identity was stolen twice in the past so it is out there somewhere. If you get a call from them, ask them to mail you the documentation. If they refuse, ask for the physical location and if they refuse, inform them they are violating federal law and have to provide this information. Most likely they will hang up by then.

This company called and was wanting to settle an outlying tax issue. Left a message to call 8558609525. Called IRS and was told that is a scam that they do not use outside collection agencies as well a calling taxpayers on the phone. Called the number back and told him that I had talked to the IRS and he hung up.

The first call I received said they would be out with a summons the next day or call this number 512.772.1983 I called that number and they said I had a payday loan from 2009 I said why are you contacting me in 2018 she stated that they just found me she had a whole lot of information so I thought it was legitimate, she said I could settle for $303 instead of $1892 yes I did give her my banking information from my debit card. Her name is Lisa Miller she said I would receive a letter stating I agreed to the terms so as of 8.24.18 still no letter....I called back to find out why I did not get the letter no answer I called for 2 days mind you they were to take the money on 9.1.18 still no answer....I contacted my bank and made them aware that I thought it was fraudulent...the bank cancelled my card so they did not get any money.....Lisa Miller called me today 9.4.18 to say the card was declined I told her to take me to court I told her I tried calling with no response by the way the number she used today was 866.217.1377 ext 1001 from CRG....she started yelling and cursing and said they will get their money I hung up on her....I never received anything by mail she says they sent it I told her I never got it.

They called me from defiance number. Threatening to come to my home or job. Saying I have 2 pending cases from a cashnetusa. One for fraud for giving them wrong information. And two for giving them bank info and then closing account. I called defiance number and it's like some weird recording. Then hangs up. Called the other number and played music for 10minutes then hung up on me. Called back and some younger girl answered. Didn't ask me my supposedly claim number or nothing. Knew my last 4 digits of SS#. Got very loud and cussed me out then hung up on me. They also called my husband, mother,dad,brothers,and who knows who else.
