This amount is what I was charged on my card. When I placed my order online, they mentioned nothing about shipping and handling, only that the product cost $4.95. Shipping was charged after I placed my order which was another $3.00.
Now, when I received my confirmation email (what is copied and pasted above here) it mentioned nothing about this being a reservation or that this product wasn't in stock at the time, and when it became available, it would be sent then.
After calling customer support today, they informed me that what I was charged was a reservation fee of $7.48 and they tried to charge my card AGAIN for another $3.00. bringing the total to over $10.00.
Then, when ask for a refund on what was taken off my card, they only offered me a 50% refund and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told they were too busy.
So, not only did these individuals take more than they advertise the product to be, they stole that and then some.
