I received a text from someone calling themselves Chenin from Crest Mortgage talking about low fixed rates. And asking if they can send me fixed rate numbers to an email that is not mine. I have never been in the market to buying a house or how they would get my personal number with someone else's email attached to it. Here is the text number I received this message from 858-293-7310.
