I ordered a huge bean bag and XL bed lounger that I never received. According to their tracker my order was delivered but I was home all day and I have a camera at my front door it was never delivered. I email them to let them know and they said it was delivered and to check with my local post office. I called my local post office and gave them the tracker number they provided and I was told that was not a tracker number for USPS that nothing came up in their system with that. Number. I email them again to let them know what I was told by the post office any to be told it was delivered and here is a copy of the label. I personally went to the post office with the label. The post office scanned the label bar scan and it said no parcel was found. They once again looked up the tracking number and they found nothing, no record of any packages delivered to my address on the day they claimed it was delivered. I was told by the post office that many people have showed up requesting status of orders from the same tracking app 17Track and they have been scammed. I was again reached out via email to let them know what the post office said and have not received a response from the company.
