Purchased Nov. 2019...as of Dec.2019 the tracking shows item in San Francisco since Dec.19, 2019. I cannot reach anyone on attempting a refund or going through with delivery. I'd prefer what i ordered to get to me. Chinapost is whom it was shipped through and I cannot reach anyone about this issue.

I purchased a large tool chest on wheels for $79 back in Nov 2019. As of Dec.19th, 2019 it's been stuck in San Francisco. No way of getting ahold of anyone to even try for a refund as I didn't use PayPal, but a credit card linked to my bank. I'd still like the item. I tried Google earth to try and locate where my tracking is blinking of where it's at, but nothing.
