I was a loyal customer since their inception and I wish I could continue to support them and their causes, but the company has gone downhill so quickly it is horrifying and sad. I got a new phone from Credo (a fairly standard Samsung S23a) in Sept. 2023 and then spent the next 6+ months fighting with them trying to get the phone to work - could frequently not make or receive calls or texts. I went weeks without a working phone and spent hours and hours on the phone with Support, or rather fighting with machines that couldn't understand me while trying to get to Support (whose humans weren't much better at communicating clearly). When I finally decided to quit Credo and get a legit provider it was a shockingly difficult ordeal in which they kept hanging up on me (5 times in a row once) and gave me the wrong transfer code. In the end, they sent me a $600+ bill after I left, and when I disputed the charges because the service never worked my appeals were denied. I have probably never dealt with a more disreputable organization. They are corrupt and deceitful and inept: the phones just do NOT work and they lie to cover it up (see other reviews online). Every support call was lengthy and frustrating. Please learn from my nightmare and avoid CREDO Mobile at all costs. Warn the others! I know I will...
