A man called from this number with threats of civil court and money owed for a Wachovia credit card I have never had in NC. This person had my social security number and threatened me with civil court stating I had multiple debts. When telling him I had filed bankruptcy and I could provide my file number and name of my lawyer but would like information on his company, to provide to my lawyer, I was immediately hung up on. This is disturbing due to the personal information this individual had and the fact that they would not provide their information and continued to hang up on me when I called back. His voicemail states he is calling from Creditor's Alliance. Beware as if this was a real Creditor like with any other they would have wanted proof of bankruptcy and would have taken my lawyers information and provided me with theirs.
