I have been dealing with them for about 5 to 6 months now. They stated they would help with credit repair which they never did. I made a complaintr on the person working my file, he became very rude and aggressive when I would ask for updates. He would only contact me when it was time to collect payment and would tell me he has very good updates for me. Once he would receive payment I would never get updates. I decided I didn’t want their services anymore, the employee working on my case started to text me that he was on his way to my house and saying many things that made me uncomfortable. I reported him to Credit Monkey were I was told that he was terminated. That employee started to call and text me sending me threatening text messages and saying he knows where I live, and he was going to sell my information to the black market, he also said he was going to contact my neighbors and employer and tell them I am a prostitute. He also called me every derogatory name that can be used towards a woman. I believe he still is with the company. I actually think it’s just run by him and maybe a few other people, because his name is still showing up as he is still working with other clients. His name is Jonathan Sanders which I believe it is a pseudo name because he doesn’t sound white but has a deep Mexican Californian accent. I am Hispanic and I can hear it right away.

Now they are telling the ScamPulse.com that they issued me a refund which they didn’t. They said they will in a paper check and will send it to me by mail once I take my review off on this website. I told them no, not after everything they have put me through. Now they are saying they will not issue me a refund. I am sending screenshots of the conversation were they are stating that no refund will be issued. This place is a scam. There are many reviews stating the same from other clients. I am actually now fearful because I feel like they may retaliate.
