I hired him for credit repair services and sent my Social Security card and ID via text as requested. He promised to remove some items from my credit, but never followed through with the work. I reached out over 15 times, and each time he said he was busy but would get to it. After asking for a refund, he stopped responding completely. Despite constantly promoting his business on social media, he’s been ignoring my calls, messages, and social media inquiries. If he's a legitimate business, why can’t he refund me? I’m frustrated and feel like I shouldn’t be giving away my money for services that were never rendered. I hope something can be done to resolve this.

I was looking at the website they took my bank card information and they've been trying to charge me $30 for the past month I called my bank to try and cancel unfortunately they are not able to cancel it and they still trying to take the money out of my account
