Have gotten several calls threatening me with a court date and coming to my home or employment to serve me for 2 supposed unpaid check loans from 2006. Calls come from blocked number and give the 888-489-2231 and 855-825-8021 who tell me I owe 2 check loans (impossible since you cannot have more than 1 at a time) one for Advance America for $545, second at Check and go for $857 (now up to $4907 with fees) and when I dispute them they get very nasty with me and tell me I'll be arrested for bad checks...

They try to threaten come serve you but then they say i already have a court date for March 24 I said ok serve me and I will see you in court. I've never known for a processor to contact the individual day supposed to be serving, a total scam. the debt they calling about is from 2004, I paid off in 2006 almost 10 years ago
