Bogus scam calls coming from phone number (800) 847-2911 offering various services like credit repair, lower interest rate cards, auto warranties, grants and loans. Using many different names like Credit Member Services and Global Customer Care. They try to access your personal information and account numbers.

Received 3+ calls from them about reducing my interest rate on my credit cards. Notes that all they need is the phone number on the back of my card. That they don't ask for social security number, pin, or security code number on back if card. Asks for this number and then seeks to transfer you to financial advisor because they are calling from a call center that seeks to evaluate eligibility.

Did google search and found "Elan Financial Sevices". Did this twice and found that I could not find there business, was instructed to do it with ScamPulse.com and found according to ur website this business is NOT accredited like they claim that they "no longer in business".

Told representative this, they caught an attitude and noted "then go ahead and stay with ur high interest rate! If you don't want our services then just say so! We have thousands of customers and 33 offices!" And then hung up!!

Phone call from 734-652-2513 said they were card member services, they did only ask for bits a pieces of information and reassured me it was not a scam when i asked(did not say are you a scam but said i was worried), but the phone number was fishy and when i told them i was fixing to pay my debt off in the coming months they hung up on me. I closed my credit cards that i gave them. i did give them my name and last four of my social though.
