We were referred to Elisha with Credit Diva about a year ago. We were promised our credit would be fixed and that she would delete our bankruptcy. A goal was set for June of 2017 to apply for a home. When we applied we were denied and told by the mortgage lender that we were no where near where we needed to be. She too questioned Elisha and got the run around. Every time we question the progress the blame was placed on us on why we weren't where we needed to be.

I emailed Elisha and asked for our money back and was denied. Her and her boss stated they did what we paid them to do and it was on us for not having the results due to new things reporting on our credit. I also let hem know that I found out per the Trade Commission that they were not allowed to collect money up front without generating results and they don't care and once again come up with a reason of how they are a legit business and follow the law. This also has happened to my mother and my aunt.

We are not working with a new company and are working toward getting the results we are paying for.
