My experience was exactly the same. The initial charge was declined by my credit card company so I deleted all information & did not authorize another charge. Later that day there was a pending payment on my account for more than the originally stated amount. When I tried to call the number listed on the email prompts insisted press #9. Pressing #9 was an immediate hang up. I called credit card company to cancel the charge as it was still pending & they said nothing could be done until charge has cleared.
