I got a machine call saying I had a Credit account with this agency and I could Lower my interest rate. To talk to a person click 1. So I did to get my name taken off this call list. I asked what the name of this company was person said "credit union" I said Are you a bank? he said " No" I then said what is the name you have listed under this phone number and he said " that your a *** *** *** * *** he hung up on me. I called back and says the phone is disconnected. It was very obvious scam to me. Reporting because I fear elderly or less informed people may be victims of such phone calls.
