Called me from a supposed Nebraska Number, when I clicked one to talk to someone a male voice answered with an Indian accent. I asked where they were calling from and they said Wilmington, Delaware. The male had an Indian accent (India) and proceeded to tell me that I had over 10,000.00 in credit card debt which is weird because I don't own a credit card. He then tried to ask me for the debts I owe I chose to end the call there. I get these calls from this company at least 17 times per week. It's annoying and I just wish they would stop!

The pre recorded message states "your credit card accounts are being monitored and you may qualify for debt relief". You press 9 to speak with agent. When the agent gets on the phone they hang up on me or argue with me about whether or not i have a credit card. If i ask how they got my number, they hang up. I ask them to remove me from the calling list because I NEVER owned a credit card. They hang up. Then a few hours or days later i get a call from the same people using a different phone number.

This number making unsolicited robotic phone calls offering (unnecessary and not asked for) credit card relief. When I speak to a person and ask to be removed from calling list I am hung up on. When I call back to again request to be removed, the number does not accept incoming calls.

Even though my mobile phone is listed on Do Not Call, this call came to my mobile. I do not carry large balances, so it is clear that they were NOT "monitoring my accounts" as claimed. I got a customer service person, told them this and that I was going to report them. They hung up.

july first got a letter in mail to put all my credit cards together and as of july 17 the company would take money 300.00 out of my account and my debt would be paid off in 30 months.the money came out and then i got a phone call and said they had not got any money yet because i still needed to sign a paper because they kept spelling my last name wrong.then the first of august took out 489.18 it was to much money so i called owen he is the person assigned to me.i will send you back some money by ups i got a refund of 174.00. then194.49 came out of my account and i called and no answer for 2 weeks

i went to bank and stopped my money because they kept boucing my money.i called another week and no answer.its a scam,i want my money back.
